Thanks Fill 'er Up T -Under the Sea Card

Gurgle Gurgle....Hi there, today's share is an Under the Sea inspired Thank you card.

Last week Suzanne over at Quietfire Design challenged the Design Team to come up with
cards using the newly released  Thanks Fill 'er Up T Stamp.

Here's what I came up with.

To make this card start with a 5"x7" cardstock base.
Use SB MB Sea beauty to dry emboss a piece silver cardstock.
Lightly rub perfect medium over bottom third of embossed cardstock. Then add perfect pearls mixing and colouring coral as you go.
Cut a piece of clear cellophane larger than panel to provide a 1/2" all around overlap to tape to back of panel.
Stamp Thanks and add outline stickers. On back colour the T with permanent marker.
Adhere cellophane to panel with EZ runner tape, add outline stickers, colour where needed with permanent markers.
To complete adhere panel to cardbase with EZ runner tape and add paper cord to bottom.
