With the warmer weather I've been meaning to get back to my daily walks. Sadly there are too many excuses not to and I seem to know them all.
But hold on, that was until today when Rebekah, a MJF blogger I follow issued a May 31 DaysYou challenge. The idea is to carve a half hour out of your day for yourself and take a walk. Well my days are mostly my own so no problem there. She also mentioned to take a camera and snap a few shots along the way. So with out further ado I give you my May first walk in pictures.

The maples are in full bloom and the bees are rejoicing. |
The last of the daffodils. I harvested some of
the dried ones for crafts. |
These maple blossoms are gorgeous. |
The lilacs are starting to bud out too. |
I disturbed a pair of mallards when I took this. The water is very
high at the out flow and rising daily. |
The beavers left their snack behind last winter. |
Oregon grapes in bloom. |
And home again, thanks for stopping by!
