It's in the mail! Card and ATC Share

Hi there and welcome!
The flowers are up and blooming beautifully in the gardens
and I'm thoroughly enjoying them all!

Today I'm sharing several projects I created for May swaps / challenges.
I made this card using a Quietfire Design quote stamp and Memory Box floral stamp.
It's for the international Card Chain Challenge
over at Society Of Stampaholics hosted by Deborah Nolan.

Flashback Warning!
I really like taking part in Deborah's CCC. In March I sent a card to New Zealand and received one from Mauritus, learning where it's located in the process! :)
It reminds me of how I enjoyed having pen pals around the world as a teen. As some of you may remember back before social media it would take months for the mail to get back and forth. But the wait was all worthwhile the moment I'd spy an envelope with those wonderful exotic stamps on it. For me it was very exciting to read about another teens life from across the globe, learning of their different way of life but also seeing all that we had in common too. Some of these paper friendships lasted decades.
So although I embrace our digital world and the speed at which it enables us to communicate, I have to admit that I still enjoy getting some happy mail in my mail box. :)

This digital collage ATC is headed for Connie
who won the May WTA ATC challenge

This coloured outline sticker on cellophane ATC
Titled -Two lips tell all is my entry for
the A flower tells all challenge

I'll leave you today with a photo of  some Tulips, the only
ones out of  40 + that I managed to save from the Deer.

Have a great long weekend and as always thanks for your visit!
